Mr. Jackson has 30 years of experience in the mining and investment banking industries. Most recently, Mr. Jackson was Executive Vice President of Corporate Development of Jaguar Mining Inc., a Canadian gold producer with operations in Brazil. Previous employers included Falconbridge Limited, Burns Fry Limited, S.G. Warburg Limited and Midland Walwyn Capital Inc. He currently serves on the board of Axmin Inc., and is an advisor to Augen Capital Corp.
Mr. Jackson is a qualified mining engineer with an MBA from the University of Western Ontario and he is also a Chartered Financial Analyst®.

Bruce Ramsden B.Comm, A.C.I.S
Mr. Ramsden is the Chief Financial Officer, Vice-President, Finance and Corporate Secretary of Tiomin. Mr. Ramsden joined Tiomin in June 2005. He has over 28 year's experience in Canada and South Africa.
Mr. Ramsden is currently a Director of Freegold Ventures Ltd. and was a Director and Chief Financial Officer of Sierra Minerals Inc. (1998 - 2006), Director of Vaaldiam Resources Ltd. (1997 - 2001) and Director and Chief Financial Officer of Heritage Explorations Ltd. (2004 - 2005) and prior to his employment with Tiomin, Mr. Ramsden held first the position of Controller and Corporate Secretary of St Andrew Goldfields Ltd. and was later appointed Vice President Finance and Chief Financial Officer of St. Andrew Goldfields Ltd. From 1996 to 2001, Mr. Ramsden provided accounting, financial planning and administration functions to Vaaldiam Resources Ltd. and from January 1999 to November 2001 and held the position of Director, Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the corporation. Prior to assuming his position with Vaaldiam Resources Ltd., Mr. Ramsden held the position of Branch Accountant/ Administrative Manager with Castrol South Africa (Pty) Ltd. (1992 through 1996).
Mr. Ramsden holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of South Africa, Johannesburg, South Africa. He was a member of the Institute of Commercial and Financial Accountants of Southern Africa, and is an associate member of The Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators of Canada and Financial Executives International.

| | | Robbert Borst, B.Sc., MIMM, CEng. Position: VP Engineering & Project Development
A mining professional with over 25 years experience in operations, technical and consulting services in Canada and South Africa, Mr. Borst is a Chartered Engineer with the IMM and currently holds the positions of Vice President, Project Development of Tiomin Resources. He joined Tiomin Resources and Pangea Goldfields in 1996. He conducted scoping and feasibility studies for projects in Panama, Peru, Tanzania, Mali and Canada and managed the bankable feasibility study of the Kwale Titanium Minerals Project in Kenya. Prior to 1996, he held the position of Mine Superintendent and Chief Engineer for Nanisivik Mines Ltd, a 2,500tpd underground lead-zinc operation on Baffin Island, Mining Consultant for Strathcona Mineral Services Ltd. in Toronto, Senior Mining Engineer for operations in the Yukon and NW Territories, Engineering and Superintendents positions at Palabora Mining Company's open pit copper and vermiculite operations in South Africa and supervisory positions at an Anglo American underground gold mine in South Africa.
